Growth-oriented therapeutic approach
Life can be unpredictable and challenging. You may feel overwhelmed, lost, and worried about how to help your child or yourself better manage difficult situations and feelings.
We help clients and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, and other psychological challenges, including anxiety; depression; ADHD; self-esteem issues; phobias; OCD; school refusal; peer and sibling conflicts; fear of speaking in school or other settings (selective mutism); disruptive behavior; executive functioning; suicidal ideation; life transitions; and relationship conflicts.
Therapy is, at its heart, a process of nurturing growth. Together, we work to strengthen roots -- building safety, connection and emotional resilience.
From that foundation, growth becomes possible. Clients and their families can learn to branch out of their comfort zone, explore new ways of being, and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities. With strong roots in place, they can begin to reach higher and then to sprout wings and soar.
